Community Data
113 rental condominiums with average unit sizes of approximately 850 square feet each. Steel frame buildings with concrete floors and extensive glass curtain wall systems. Zen Garden, roof deck with city views and lush courtyards. Airy units feature stainless steel appliances, large kitchens with granite countertops, large closets and several balconies. First new, large rental condominium proposed to serve Hayes Valley and the Castro in several years.

A proposed 113 unit, steel-frame, mid-rise community at the entrance to two of the San Francisco’s most dynamic neighborhoods. The 80' high buildings include approximately 5,000 square feet of neighborhood serving retail and approximately 90 underground parking spaces. The site is strategically located near one of San Francisco’s newest and grandest public improvements, the Octavia Boulevard. This European-like thoroughfare provides immediate access to and from US 101, Hayes Valley and the Civic Center. The vibrant commercial life of the Castro district is just a short walk west of the property and includes all daytime and nighttime shopping and entertainment conveniences. Several Muni lines stop in front of the site daily. BART is just a two minute stroll away. The proposed community has dramatic city and bay views. Extensive neighborhood outreach is underway. Final City Approval was obtained in 2Q 2006. Sold in 1Q 2007 for a significant profit to a prominent local builder.
